Lambeth Method 101 Boot Camp will begin your training with the basic skills required to do Lambeth work. The Lambeth Method, and English method, is one of the most distinguished forms of cake decorating in the world and has been used since the late 1800's. The exacting nature of this intricate 3 dimensional over-piping and other Lambeth Method techniques provides the ultimate challenge for even the most dedicated cake design artist.

This class is ideal for experienced/professional decorators, however, a novice with a basic understanding of piping, cake leveling, filling, stacking, crumb coating, and rolling and applying fondant and modeling chocolate will be able to participate. If you have never worked with fondant or modeling chocolate before, this class is not recommended.

You will decorate a square cake using butter cream, modeling chocolate, and fondant to look like a real breakfast waffle. You will learn how to create your own edible syrup bottle and a structure to hold the bottle up over the cake to make the syrup pour.
