Is this class right for me?
This class is ideal for experienced/professional decorators, however, a novice with a basic understanding of piping, cake leveling, filling, stacking, crumb coating, and rolling and applying fondant and modeling chocolate will be able to participate. If you have never worked with fondant or modeling chocolate before, this class is not recommended. |
