The competition is open to all skill levels – beginners to masters. In the Divisional Competition, entries are grouped by skill level and style. Entries are only judged against other entries in the same category.
The Showcake Competition entries must meet certain height and serving size requirements and are judged based on technique and representation of this year’s theme – Cake to the Air: All Clear for Cake Off!
All of the cake and sugar artists entering the competition have worked very hard on their pieces. They are made from edible mediums which are very fragile. Please do not touch!
