Amy Eilert

Amy Eilert is an industry pioneer in cakelet design. She began her business, Cupcake Envy, four years ago out of her own kitchen, and it now reaches customers across the country. Amy has been an editorial contributor for Brides magazine and Baking Buyer magazine as an expert in the dessert field. Additionally, Cupcake Envy’s popular dress cakelet was included in the prime time show Ugly Betty in January 2010.
