Leading expert and ambassador for royal icing Ceri Griffiths graduated with distinctions from Bakery & Confectionery College in 1980 with several industry awards for his work. Travelling and working throughout the world has strongly influenced his style with his creations ranging from the simple and minimalist to the ornate and stylish.
Ceri is regularly found in front of cameras, films crews and publishers as he strives to give royal icing a contemporary edge in the cake decorating world of today. As a cake artist Ceri travels to major worldwide shows each year as an international judge encouraging new talents and skills wherever possible.
