Susan Trianos

img_3795Susan Trianos has been in this industry for 30 years, having owned and operated a renowned Canadian Bakery, she has worked for Wilton Industries, ran the rest kitchen for one of the worlds largest food companies, and now teaches at the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts in Toronto, as well as many trade shows and schools.  Susan is a judge, and a Certified Master Sugar Artist, and has been featured on numerous television shows and in magazines.  Susan’s passion is just as strong now as it was the first time she picked up a piping bag.
