That Takes The Cake!

With over 25 years of experience, Kathy Scott is an internationally known decorator, demonstrator, teacher and sugar art judge.

Kathy is the owner of Sweet Expressions, an independent custom bakery in Abbeville, SC.  She has developed her own line of mini wedding cake and petit four kits, Bling! kits as well as mats for side designs. Kathy is a member of the Retailer’s Bakery Association (RBA), the Southeastern Bakery Association (SRBA) and the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES). She is a RBA Certified Cake Decorator and an ICES Certified Master Sugar Artist. Kathy has served three terms on the Board of directors, where she has been President twice and Chairman of the Board 5 times.

Kathy recently became a Certified Master Sugar Artist, a certification from the International Cake Exploration Societe.
