Avenues Sweet Choices owner Dianne Gruenberg has 46 years of experience as a cake decorator and over 28 years as a sugar art instructor, demonstrator, and show judge in the US, Canada, and the UK. She is an ICES approved teacher and as a certified PME Instructor, offers courses for the PME Diploma & Masters Certificate. Dianne and her sugar art have appeared in professional magazines and on television – she appeared on TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off twice, once as the gumpaste flower creator for the winning team with Norm Davis, Zane Beg, and Linda Shonk.
