2023 Showcake Class

In this class you’ll join world renowned sugar artists, Dot Klerck in creating the main Show Cake for the show. The show cake greets every attendee as they enter the venue and will be the most photographed piece at the show!

You’ll learn to design and put together sturdy structures of different types.

Dot will teach carving of cake, sculpting in modeling chocolate and covering cake in fondant. Together you’ll finish each piece with hand painting details and Airbrushing. And finally, you’ll help transport the pieces to the venue and help set it up. This is an invaluable experience!

After the show you’ll be able to take a piece of the show cake home to keep! This piece is a unique design, join Dot in bringing this cake to life!
